There are a number of options to upload your data easily onto the platform: plug in integration/ API with your HR system, a CSV file upload or your data can be manually entered.

 

Whilst this requires a little effort to set-up it delivers value back to you and your organisation

 

• The platform can track completion of the survey and send automated reminders to your employees
• When your team log in to the platform to complete the survey they can access helpful content on how to complete the survey and can connect directly with the GreenKPO team for any specific questions they have reducing any friction or frustration with the process
• The platform can digitise workflows. By having all your team on the platform you can easily assign task, send reminders, have individual accountability and report on progress
